Welcome to ShirtGPT, operated by Wiser5 LLC. By accessing or using wiser5.com/shirtgpt, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service Description
ShirtGPT helps you generate short humorous text for custom T-shirts, preview a mockup, and place a print-on-demand order. Quotes and product descriptions are produced using AI from the inputs you provide. We fulfill orders through third-party print partners — we do not manufacture shirts ourselves.
The service is for personal and lawful use. It is not legal, marketing, or design professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing text before you purchase.
AI-Generated Content
AI suggestions may be inaccurate, repetitive, or not funny to everyone. Filters reduce obviously harmful output, but they are not perfect. You must review and approve any quote before checkout. By ordering, you represent that the final text is acceptable to you and does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices shown at checkout include the shirt(s) and flat-rate shipping based on your country
- Payment is processed by Stripe; charges appear as shown on the checkout page
- Each shirt is made to order after payment — production begins once your order is confirmed
- We may update pricing or shipping rates on the site; the price at the time you pay applies to your order
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times vary by destination and print partner workload. Estimates on the site or in confirmation emails are not guaranteed delivery dates. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered to the address you provided. You are responsible for accurate shipping information.
Refunds and Order Issues
Because items are custom printed, we generally do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, fit preference, or changed mind about the joke. If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@wiser5.com within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will review and, where appropriate, offer a reprint or refund at our discretion.
Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
You agree not to create or order designs that:
- Promote hate, violence, or harassment toward individuals or groups
- Are sexually explicit or exploit minors
- Violate intellectual property, trademark, or publicity rights you do not own
- Are illegal where you live or where the shirt will be shipped
- Attempt to abuse, scrape, or overload our systems or third-party APIs we use
We may cancel orders that violate these rules and refund the purchase price when a cancel occurs before production.
Intellectual Property
You retain responsibility for the text you submit and order. You grant us a limited license to use that text and your design settings to generate previews, print files, and fulfill your order. ShirtGPT’s name, site content, and software remain our property or our licensors’. Do not copy or resell the service itself.
No Account; Saved Ideas
Saved quotes are stored using an anonymous browser ID, not a login. Anyone with access to your device may see saved ideas. We are not responsible for loss of saved data if you clear storage or switch browsers.
Generation Limits
We may limit free AI quote generations per browser to keep the service sustainable. Limits and features may change over time with notice on the website.
Disclaimer of Warranties
ShirtGPT is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI output will meet your expectations or that fulfillment partners will never delay an order.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiser5 LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ShirtGPT. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiser5 LLC from claims arising from content you submit or order, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Florida, except where prohibited by consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
