Service Description

YesReels connects companies with vetted short-form video creators at fixed prices. Companies choose a creator, submit a creative brief, pay via Stripe, upload brand assets, and receive a finished reel. This is not an open bidding marketplace — pricing is fixed by reel length and creators are pre-approved by Wiser5.

Wiser5 LLC operates the platform, payment flow, and creator approval process. Creators are independent contractors, not employees of Wiser5. We do not guarantee a specific creative outcome, viral performance, or business results from any reel.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order
• Company accounts require accurate business and contact information
• Creator accounts require completion of onboarding (profile photo, links, at least one sample reel) before admin review
• Admin accounts are created by Wiser5 only — there is no public admin signup
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure
• Guest checkout is available for companies; order access is via a unique link sent to your email — treat that link as confidential

Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

• Fixed prices: 15-second reels $29, 30-second reels $49, 60-second reels $79 (USD, unless otherwise stated on the site)
• Payment is required via Stripe before the creator begins work on your reel
• Brand images and assets are uploaded after payment on the confirmation page — not during checkout
• The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add hidden platform fees beyond what is displayed
• Orders placed while logged in as a company are linked to your account; guest orders can be linked later if you register with the same email
• We may update pricing on the website; the price at the time you complete payment applies to your order

Order Flow and Timelines

1. Company selects creator and submits brief
2. Company pays via Stripe
3. Company uploads brand assets (logos, product images)
4. Creator receives the order and produces the reel
5. Creator uploads the deliverable; company downloads from dashboard or guest portal
6. Company may request one revision after delivery (via dashboard or guest portal)
7. Company marks order complete and may leave a review
8. Upon payment and delivery, the company owns the finished reel outright (see Ownership of Delivered Reels)

Delivery timelines (typically 1–2 business days after assets are uploaded) are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to revision requests, incomplete briefs, or circumstances outside our control.

Revisions and Refunds

After a creator marks an order as delivered, the company may request a revision describing changes needed. Creators are expected to address reasonable revision requests within the scope of the original brief.

Because reels are custom creative work, we generally do not offer refunds for changed mind, subjective dissatisfaction with style, or performance of the video on social media. If a creator fails to deliver, delivers entirely off-brief material, or a technical defect makes the file unusable, contact hello@wiser5.com with your order number. We will review and may offer a revision, reassignment, or partial or full refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in account suspension.

Ownership of Delivered Reels

When you pay for a reel on YesReels, you own it. Subject to your payment in full and delivery of the final video file, the ordering company receives full ownership of that deliverable. This is a complete transfer of rights, not a limited or revocable license.

As the owner, you may use the delivered reel in any lawful way you choose, including but not limited to:

• Organic and paid social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
• Paid advertising and performance marketing on any platform or medium
• Websites, landing pages, email marketing, SMS, and in-app experiences
• Television, streaming, digital out-of-home, and in-store displays
• Editing, cropping, adding music or captions, combining with other content, or creating derivative works
• Licensing or sublicensing the reel to agencies, affiliates, or partners acting on your behalf
• Using the reel worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional royalties or fees owed to YesReels or the creator

You do not need to credit the creator or YesReels unless you want to, and you do not need our prior written approval for each new use. The only exception is uses that violate law, third-party rights, or these Terms (for example, misleading claims about a product you do not sell).

What is included: the final delivered video file for your paid order (including any revision that replaces the prior deliverable for that order).

What is not included unless agreed in writing: raw footage, project files, unused takes, source assets you uploaded, or rights to a creator’s sample reels shown on their public profile. Creators retain ownership of their sample reels and general creative style; they do not retain ownership of the specific deliverable they produce for your paid order.

Creators agree to assign all right, title, and interest in each deliverable to the ordering company upon delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If any rights cannot be assigned under applicable law, creators grant the broadest exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license necessary to give the company the same practical freedom described above.

Creator Terms

• Creators must complete onboarding and receive admin approval before receiving orders
• Creators must maintain an accurate profile, including a profile photo, website, Instagram, and TikTok links, and at least one sample reel
• Creators may delete their own sample reels; at least one must remain on file while approved and accepting work
• Creators are independent contractors responsible for their own taxes, equipment, and compliance with local laws
• Creators assign full ownership of each paid deliverable to the ordering company as described in Ownership of Delivered Reels; creators may not reuse, resell, or license that deliverable to anyone else
• Creators must not share confidential brand assets or order details outside what is needed to fulfill the order
• Wiser5 may suspend or remove creators who miss deadlines, deliver substandard work, violate these Terms, or receive sustained poor reviews

Company Terms

• Companies must provide accurate briefs and lawful brand assets they have the right to use
• Companies must upload assets promptly after payment so creators can begin work
• Companies may leave honest reviews after marking an order complete; reviews must not be defamatory, harassing, or retaliatory
• Companies own delivered reels outright as described in Ownership of Delivered Reels and may use them for any lawful business purpose without additional payment to YesReels or the creator

User Content and Uploads

By uploading content to YesReels, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the content
• The content does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• The content contains no malware, viruses, or harmful code
• The content complies with applicable law and these Terms

Allowed uploads:

• Companies: brand images — JPEG, PNG, WebP, or GIF (validated by file content)
• Creators: sample and deliverable videos — MP4, MOV, or other validated video formats; profile photos as images

You grant Wiser5 LLC a limited license to store, process, display (where applicable on public creator profiles), and transmit your content solely to operate the service. You retain ownership of your content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without notice. We are not obligated to monitor all uploads but may do so for safety and compliance.

Reviews and Public Profiles

Approved creators have public profiles showing their name, photo, specialty, links, sample reels, ratings, and reviews from completed orders. By submitting a review, companies consent to its display on the creator’s profile. We may remove reviews that violate our policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use YesReels for illegal purposes or to promote illegal products or services
• Upload hate speech, harassment, sexually exploitative content (especially involving minors), or violent extremism
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to bypass payment, access another user’s orders without authorization, or scrape the site
• Probe, overload, or attack our systems or third-party integrations
• Circumvent creator approval, admin controls, or rate limits

Intellectual Property

YesReels software, branding, and site content are owned by Wiser5 LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform.

Delivered reels: Ownership of paid deliverables belongs to the ordering company as set out in Ownership of Delivered Reels. Wiser5 does not claim ownership of your uploaded brand assets or of deliverables produced for your orders.

Your uploads: You retain ownership of brand assets and other content you upload; you grant Wiser5 a limited license to host and transmit that content solely to operate the service.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the YesReels Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Disclaimer of Warranties

YesReels is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted service, error-free uploads, or that any reel will achieve specific marketing results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiser5 LLC and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of YesReels. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wiser5 LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from content you upload, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party’s rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders that violate these Terms or pose a security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (payment obligations, licenses granted, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) will survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Florida, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
